It works four times faster than the previous model and it has enabled a technology that makes possible five frames per second for up to 56 large images or 12 RAW images.

The lenses have a combination of dust- and water-resistant EF lenses and accessories and Canon’s EOS Integrated Cleaning System, a complete dust reduction system.The photographical system it uses is the most advanced and powerful digital one in the world. That is said as well by its price of as much as $6,999 which is rather high. Anyhow, for professionals it is a good price to pay.

A less expensive canon digital SLR cameras, that makes part of the EOS program, is the previous EOS – 1D Mark III. It comes at mere $3,999 and it is however of the same format as the above mentioned. It was released earlier 2007 and it boasts with a 10.1 megapixels CMOS sensor which makes it possible to get out a truly remarkable image quality. It can shoot as much as ten frames per second for up to 110 consecutive shots. 



It is enabled with a cleaning integrated system that allows the dust and water not enters the camera under any circumstance. It offers a good battery life, a superior build quality, an excellent image quality and a quick start-up time. Apart from this, it has some disadvantages, as it rather noisy and heavy for one to carry around, having as much as 1,155 grams.

The latest Canon digital SLR camera was released in 2010, February and is known under the name of EOS Rebel T2i. It comes at a more affordable price than the previous models listed, as it costs just $899.99 but is proves the same quality images and the promised professionalism type. The advantages of this camera, rather than the price are the excellent image quality, the settings that allow you to make any photo you need in whichever conditions one may be finding oneself in, the portability it demonstrates and the bright LCD.

However, everything so good, cannot come with any disadvantages. These are it is rather noisy to use, a poor build quality, a short battery life, it has a complicated menu and you will most certainly need the manual to get your way around it.
